Terms and Conditions Agreement *

1. Vendors must provide all required municipal permits, insurance and health department licenses after their event registration is accepted by Mill Race Village Arts & Preservation Inc (MRVA&P) and their vendor fee is paid. 2. After unloading, vendors must move vehicles to the vendor parking area. 3. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents and trash. 4. No refunds. Once a vendor has paid, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. 5. We work to create a balanced product mix. Vendors might be juried and/or have their application declined. Management has the authority to approve or disapprove any items to be sold and reserves the right to refuse anyone space. I acknowledge the terms and conditions established by MRVA&P and agree to abide by these terms as well as all codes and regulations set by the municipality & County. I acknowledge and accept liability, responsibility and control for all products sold by me at this event and for all activities conducted by me in conjunction with the event. By this agreement, I also agree to hold MRVA&P Inc and Mill Race Inc harmless and indemnify the same for any liability or loss which might result from me or my business’ participation in this event.
